Randy Watson

Randy Watson is a Consulting Geomantic Engineer and Urban and Regional Planner with
over twenty-nine (29) years in the relevant Planning, Policy, Construction, Surveying and
Environmental fields for the Government of Jamaica and also privately conducting various
aspects of Research, Policy Development, Community Development and Project Management.

Mr Watson have worked as a consultant with numerous developers, engineers, surveyors, private individuals on environmental studies, subdivision and development projects across the island, guiding them from a conceptual stage through to implementation or practical completion.
Mr Watson also worked with the Government, National Environment and Planning Agency (NEPA) as a Manager of the Land Use Branch and also as a Contracted Physical Planner responsible for the drafting and reviewing of the Provisional Development Orders for Jamaica.

Mr Watson is a member of the Jamaica Institute of Planners (JIP), Royal Institute of
Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and Greater Works International Fellowship (GWIF).
