Get Pre-Approved and Set a Budget
It is important to know how much you will have to spend on your new home. Though we do not offer in-house financing, we can refer you to institutions that can help. Or you can talk with the loan department where you bank. Having a set budget will help determine the rest of your building experience.

Design Your Dream Home
We will work with you to design your dream home within your budget. There are over 100 designs to choose from, and you can customize your home. Engineers have already approved every home we offer. Choose your model, layout, cabinets, colors, and flooring. Once everything has been signed off and the plans are approved, the building of your home can get underway.

Lot Preparation
If you are moving your home into a mobile home park, chances are you already have a lot chosen out and that the lot is just about ready to receive your home (some permitting, and utility work may need to take place). If you have a private piece of land you are going to put your home on, there are a number of things that need to be in place by the time your new home is delivered. Permits need to be applied for and approved. Electrical and water sources need to be in place. Plumbing to a sewer system or septic tank needs to be set up. Your foundation needs to be ready to receive the home. You can hire a contractor that can do those things for you or ask to work with our preferred contractor.

The Build
With your financing secured, colors and décor selected, and a property ready to receive your new home, construction can begin. The building of your home takes place in a temperature-controlled facility, and it can be completed in as little as one week. Your home will be ready for delivery with cabinetry and walls already in place.

Home Delivery
When construction is completed and your home is ready to be delivered, it will be placed on axles and driven to its final destination. The transport company handles everything to ensure that your home reaches its destination safely. From there, the set-up crew will set the home in place and connect the utilities.

Schedule a Final Walk-Through and Move In
Once the set-up crews have completed their work and the home passes inspection, it will be ready for you to walk through and officially move in! You will be in your new home in what feels like no time!
